What is an outcome?
An outcome is whenever the Airgentic agent provides useful information to an end user. So we don't count when:
the agent asks clarification questions, or
the agent fails to answer the question, or
any answer that received a thumbs down rating from the user.

What currencies do you accept?
We currently accept payments in Australian Dollars (AUD), New Zealand Dollars (NZD), and US Dollars (USD).
What payment options do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card or bank transfer.
What happens if I exceed my outcome limit?
If it's occasional spikes, we don't suggest any change to your subscription level. If the threshold is exceeded in a sustained way we could do two things:
Move you onto a plan that better matches the level of traffic
We can have the agent UI auto-deactivate after a daily or monthly threshold has been exceeded to keep the price strictly capped.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes, you can choose to pay either monthly or annually—whichever works best for your business.
