Airgentic has launched a new public Help Centre, making its full suite of how to guides available to everyone.
The Help Centre includes more than 40 guides that explain how to configure, operate, and optimise Airgentic for high quality AI powered customer service. These resources cover the entire journey, from initial setup through to ongoing refinement and best practice.
The goal is to make it easier for teams to understand how to get the most from the platform. The guides provide clear, practical instructions for administrators and operators who want to improve performance, refine behaviour, and maintain strong governance over their AI systems.
The Help Centre is available at:https://help.airgentic.com
Importantly, the Help Centre is not simply a standalone documentation site. The same content is integrated directly into the Airgentic Admin Console as contextual help. This means guidance is available exactly where administrators need it, while they are configuring sources, adjusting prompts, or managing the platform.
In addition, Aero, Airgentic’s built in assistant, is available to answer questions about how the platform works and to help users quickly find the information they need.
Airgentic is also preparing to launch a community forum. This will allow customers to share ideas, workflows, and practical examples with the wider Airgentic community.
By opening up its documentation and building a collaborative knowledge base, Airgentic aims to make it easier for organisations to adopt, manage, and continuously improve their AI powered customer service experiences.
