Airgentic named finalist in two categories at the 2026 ACT iAwards

Airgentic is proud to share that we have been selected as a finalist in the 2026 ACT iAwards in two categories: Business & Industry and Start-Up.

The ACT iAwards recognise innovation across the technology sector, and we are grateful to be included among the finalists this year.

This recognition reflects the work we are doing to build AI customer service agents that help organisations turn complex websites, knowledge bases and digital content into active service and conversion channels.

Airgentic is designed to help people find accurate answers, complete tasks and access support more easily, while giving organisations the governance, control and visibility they need to deploy AI responsibly.

We are especially proud that this recognition reflects the impact of our work with the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Through this project, Airgentic has helped reduce enrolment friction, improve access to accurate information and support measurable outcomes across the prospective student journey.

Brett and Archie deeply appreciated the opportunity to work with BCIT on such an impactful project. Customers like BCIT play an important role in shaping our product, challenging our thinking and helping us build better AI experiences.
