British Columbia Institute of Technology just levelled up AI customer service with Airgentic

We are delighted to share that the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) has partnered with Airgentic to bring agentic AI customer-service to its community. BCIT — a leading polytechnic institution serving students, staff, faculty and external stakeholders across British Columbia — now has a faster, more accurate way for people to find the information they need, any time of day.

BCIT selected Airgentic for our fully agentic AI platform and, most importantly, the accuracy of our answers. That focus on reliable, grounded responses is exactly what matters when you’re supporting a community that depends on clear information and fast outcomes.

Even in its early days the assistant has already made a practical difference. It provides round-the-clock support, delivers fast, accurate answers, and serves stakeholders in their preferred languages. Early feedback has been encouraging — members of the BCIT community are finding answers faster, and BCIT now has much deeper visibility into users’ needs and behaviour.
