What if your AI gave every visitor the conversation most likely to achieve their goal, and yours?
Last week we announced Visitor Profiles in Airgentic, which allow our AI agents to build a structured understanding of who they are talking to, what they want, and what matters to them. This week, we are putting that understanding to work.
Introducing Personalised Conversation Journeys.
Instead of every visitor getting the same agent, the same opening, and the same conversation flow, Airgentic can now adapt the entire journey based on:
- The page they are viewing
- The campaign that brought them there
- Their country or location
- What we already know about them from their Visitor Profile or CRM
- Even whether your team is currently available
And personalisation goes far beyond putting someone's first name in a greeting.
A worked example
Imagine a prospective student in India arrives on a Nursing page from an Open Day campaign.
Airgentic can automatically give them an International Admissions specialist, lead with the information most relevant to an international Nursing applicant, adjust the information it captures, and attribute the resulting lead back to the Open Day campaign.
That creates another lever for optimising AI agent performance against the metrics that actually matter.
If your goal is lead conversion, you can design, test, and refine different conversational journeys around the signals that indicate intent, rather than asking one generic agent to handle every visitor the same way.
Who they are, and how you engage them
Visitor Profiles tell Airgentic who the person is. Personalised Conversation Journeys determine how Airgentic should engage them.
And because the journey logic is deterministic, your team controls it. The AI answers the questions, but it does not decide which journey the visitor gets.
If you would like to see Personalised Conversation Journeys in action, get in touch and we would be very happy to give you a demo.
