What am I buying,and what sets the price?

One subscription to the Airgentic Suite, in one of three sizes. The size is set by conversational outcomes — questions the platform actually resolves — and every other allowance scales alongside it. There is no per-seat licensing, no charge per user, and no separate licence for search, voice or AI visibility.

Commercial model

An outcome is a question answered, not a message sent.

Retrieving information and giving it to someone, finding a location, completing a transaction — those count. The agent asking a clarifying question to work out what someone actually needs does not. You are not billed for the part that makes the answer good.

Three sizes. The allowances are the product.

This page is the model, not a quote. We will size a tier against the roadmap you have chosen. Pay twelve months in advance and the subscription, and every add-on pack, is 10% lower.

What happens if you pass a limit — nothing you have not agreed to.

You see it coming

Usage against every allowance is visible in your console from day one, so a tier that is the wrong size shows up as a trend rather than as an invoice.

No surprise overage

We do not meter you past your allowance and invoice the difference. A busy month is a conversation about the right tier, not a bill you did not agree to.

And you hold the switch

Your admins can turn AI responses off for a service at any time, from the console, without involving us — along with individual agents and AI search.

The commercial terms that do not vary.

Billing

Invoicing and purchase orders are available on an annual commitment. Month to month is by card, in advance.

Setup and onboarding

Configuration, pre-launch review and a training session are included. Only a governed multi-week programme is scoped separately.

Taxes and third parties

Prices exclude GST, VAT and local equivalents, and any third-party platform costs you already hold.

Validity

Quoted pricing holds for three months from the proposal date. A discount for a public case study is agreed separately, never assumed.

Two things you can add — and neither is a retainer.

The subscription is the whole platform. These exist for the two cases it does not cover: when your team wants somebody to ask, and when one allowance runs ahead of the others and you would rather top that up than move a whole tier.

Airgentic Assist is an on-demand help desk for configuration guidance, best-practice advice and a quick answer when you are not sure which lever to pull. When an AI answer is not quite right, we help your team work out what is driving it — across sources, retrieval, guardrails, ranking and phrasing — and demonstrate a fix or apply a targeted tweak where that is faster. The point is to build your capability rather than to hold it.

Assist is priced as a flat add-on at 45% of the Pioneer subscription, so it does not scale with your tier. It is an as-needed service, not a retainer or a bank of hours. Nothing expires unused, and there is no per-ticket charge.

Airgentic Search and the AI Visibility Suite are also sold on their own if you would rather start with one capability. Search is the usual first phase of a staged rollout, and it upgrades into the Suite without reindexing. AI Visibility runs independently of anything else you deploy.
